Welcome to Alter Vie Pediatric Neurology Clinic. I hope to provide your child with compassionate, personalized neurologic care that is centered on the unique needs of your child and family. I am an experienced pediatric neurologist with decades of clinical, academic, and movement disorders expertise. Through Alter Vie, I am dedicated to providing thoughtful evaluations, evidence-based treatment, and long-term support for children with neurological and developmental conditions. I believe in partnering closely with families, listening carefully, and creating a warm, supportive environment where children can thrive. My mission is to deliver expert care with empathy, respect, and hope at every step of your child’s journey.
My Story
I am a board-certified child neurologist with more than two decades of clinical, academic, and research experience in pediatric neurology and movement disorders. Most recently, I was an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, Irvine and co-director of the Pediatric Movement Disorders Clinic at CHOC Children’s Specialists. I previously served as an attending child neurologist at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital for over seven years followed by over 3 years serving the pediatric population in Hawaii. My postgraduate training includes fellowships in Child Neurology at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Adult and Pediatric Movement Disorders at Stanford University Medical Center, following residency training in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and a Transitional Internship at Tripler Army Medical Center. I received my medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and my undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis.
